Finally. THe over hyped vday is over. Just because its my first vday with an existent valentine, I certainly felt loved by alot of friends who were generous with their advices. But vday, just like mom's or dad's day, are creations of consumerism and of course occasions for fattening of other's wallets. And if I'm only going to receive love and pressies on vday, then i must be realy sad. coz this is only 1 day in 365days.
So, we did nothing out of the ordinary. its biz as usual. Work, class, dinner, and home. no frills, no flowers, no presents. but again, every moment spent together is already out of the ordinary.*blink blink*
i cant stop missing my cat. *awww.....*
On a seperate incident, I met Jeremy at the train station this morning. And congrats to him, he's found the lady of his life, and wedding bells are clanging wildly. Junxiong is married, Alan owns a house now and is seriously planning towards marriage. It seems the men in geog soc are settling down faster than the ladies (i've always thought otherwise). Hmm....ladies, wats happening? There's yet one promising one within the group!(sirius, if u're going to mention yenli, well, she's not exactly in the group ya?)
2 years to finish school, 3 yrs to CPA. That's a min of 5yrs before I can relook my status quo. 26+5 =!ERROR! *horrified*
