To stay or to go, to be or to not be? Well, its judgement day at work today and i've braced myself with the ultimatum. To the extent that i've emailed larling my resume. It turned out that they are acceding to my request, but to the bare minimun. The minimum pay that i find acceptable and as far as possible, the working hours that i requested for. It's actually the standard package for my position so its nothing to them but it does makes a considerable deal to me that they are not cheating on me and that they are willing to give me a black white copy of our agreement.Assurance but also the invisible chain.
Sigh, pray that all will turn out fine.
