Its been 6 days since i last touched a computer!thank god this hotel provides free internet service. anyway, i'm tucked in a remote forested area called mt sorak. at the same time being shocked by another crisis back home.according to one of my passenger, she says our luck/fortune changes every twenty years and this year is exactly 20 years from the last time s'pore had her fortune told. well, seems like a bad year ahead. i think we really should pray for grace.
in a separate issue, i'm not enjoying myself in korea at all. i'm sure i'll love this place if i was a traveller and not a tour leader. its hard communicating with my guide, camera boy and driver and alot of misunderstanding arises. moreover i'm suppose to blatantly lie thru my teeth that i'm a seasoned leader. kapui! and i'm a terrible liar! even a blind man can see thru my lies! it really suck when ur passengers are obviously not convinced by my words.
to make matter worse, the driver and camera guy are so cheeky! i mean they are nice guys, very sincere and helpful but very very cheeky! it was such a disaster when they got drunk last night and create a racquet at the hotel lobbby, my passenger actually felt offended coz these guys were talking to her like she's a pros. i'm sure these guys do not mean it that way...well at least i choose to think so if not my anger would have been beyond words. i mean, this guy tries to flick ur hair and yudder rubbish. the thot of it irks me!
phew. thank god for this space. i really needed to rant abt it. there's obviously more issues that these but it'll be too lenghty to log it in. will probably have a verbal dirrahoe once i get home.
with lots of frustrations and helplessness from Mt Sorak, kensington hotel, S. korea.
