What is good customer service? Why do i bungle whenever the customer is demanding or loud? Why cant i be firm and steady and look them in the eyes? Why do i yearn to please? Why must I be apologetic when i don't think its my fault?
Similarly, why should i make up 'reason' or rather excuses when it my fault? Why do you ask me for the reason why i made the mistake when I've already admitted that its due to my negligence?
I have had enough of my own nonsense in this two days and I think its time to wake up to my mistakes. I shall learn to be firm and stop being too obliging. Lets start with a small step: I shall not say 'sorry' for more than 10 times per day! deadline: 1 wk.
