Well,my deadline has been long over but the fact is that i didn't even remember that i had a resolution. haha. HOwever, i do think that i've improved coz i'm not apologetic when pple starts screaming at me eg. regarding the visa application today. And thank god i did not apologise immediately coz it took me a while to realise that i dont even know that customer, so it cant be my fault!
On the other hand, a couple of things have cropped up at work. Just as I'm getting comfortable in my workplace, I'm being transferred out to another branch. I truly feel like a vagabond, carrying my uniform and shoes home everyday as i constantly get relocated. It sucks coz i don't even have a desk so i got to lug my files and stationery everywhere i go. it feel like school again where i carry my heavy schoolbag to and fro.
New place, new inspiration. What's bothering me now is that my tendency to act blur especially in a new environment might not be the most effective strategy coz i think one of my booking got quite screwed up after i handed over to a senior. boohoo. cross my fingers and pray hard that my superiors won't come screaming at me again.
Guess my new resolution for the coming week will be to be INDEPENDENT! as usual, deadline :1 week.
