Thursday

I'm oversleeping, yeah man, no doubt about it. Oh dear, this isnt gd. It must be the looming thesis that does it, i guess I'm suffering the worst inertia.

I've finally finished my supposedly last novel for this holidays today, which means, there's absolutely no reason nor excuses to evade from the big THESIS thing. I don't like it. But looking back at the one mth and a week, i stiill can manage a satisfying grin. I managed to finish 6 novels: sex in the city, shanghai baby, twilight in burma, tuesdays with morrie, about a boy and the nanny diaries, plus four more other books on child discipline and child development. Not a bad accomplishment i would claim. Oh plus the numerous late nights in penning my cover letters, reference letters, autobiographical essays and what not, in addition to the days scouting ard singapore for the necessary documents in applying for Camp USA. Whoa! A pat on my back. Good job girl! Five weeks, that's all it took.

On the down side, of course its my persistence procrastination on starting on that damn thesis. Now that i've enjoyed the one month and a week worth of "life", its high time to revert back to my "lifeless" mode. A mode where life revolves around nothing else except school work. Where I only shuttle between school and my workplace. Where everything else stops.

You can't blame me for oversleeping now, can you? You can't blame a person who's embarking on a treacherous, ardous, uncertain tomorrow to procrastinate, can you?

Welcome back to school, dreamer!
