Life is just so amazing. i had such a terrible tuesday where everything went wrong from the moment i open my eyes but 24hrs later, every wrong seems to right itself and the amount of joy i got in return was simply beyond words.
I started the day with servicing my camera then went to SIF to get some documents settled. Everything went well, nothing exciting. then i met up with my 'bro' for tea and had a very interesting talk with him....more like i talk and he listened =P.i hardly meet up with him but everytime we meet its always so warm and nice. its all about the good old days kind of feeling. how sweet. thereafter i met amy and gang in suntec, did a little shopping that costs me $120. blame myself for not being able to resist the temptation of getting books. i've been wanting to borrow the bk from the lib but never got down to do so and on impulse i bought them (" Joy luck club" by amy tan and "Waiting" by Han jin"). heh heh, and i dropped hints to any abt my absolute interest in " Wild swans" despite readin it twice already.
Then come the best part of the day. one that is so memorable that saying it out seems to spoil the magic of it. but i cant keep quiet abt it, its just so wonderful!
after leaving city hall, we (amy and myself) met tjin and kee min for "supper" at our sort of favorite hangout i.e. the duck rice stall behind nus, along pasir panjang rd. We were supposed to meet for a pool session before i leave but since tjin and myself was tired we decided to makan at our fav stall instead. thereafter, we sent tjin home and went to west coast park. yah,i did mention that i was tired but since we were suppose to be out playing pool and we ended up not going, and since west coast park is near my place and the last time i went there was like 10 years ago, i din mind visiting it. and i thank god that i went coz that place is totally transformed into a beautifully landscaped park with fantastic playground facilities, except that it does not have a swing! the three of us(keemin, amy and mysefl) basically went crazy playing with all the exciting equipment in the park. there's something resembling a rope course and we actually went thru everything, albeit our giggles and wat not. oh and u know the spider web thingey at Pasir Ris park? there's one in west coast park too and guess wat, i made it to the top! its my first time trying and i did it( err...without any idea how on earth i was ever goin to come down). oh of course my two dear frens have to make corny...or rather horny jokes/comments while i was desperately clinging on to dear life. really cannot tahan them and their orgy stuff. eeks! but it was really hilarious! its so nice to hang out with pple that u are absolutely comfortable with and not be bothered with image and impression. its like we can say anythign and everything, be in our worst behaviour or craziest self n not be self conscious. i like it this way. i love it! ooh.....
well, then kee min drove to shell petrol stn where we got ourselves ice creams ,and then tried to find our way to Mt Faber. sitting on the hill top, staring at the heartland of Singapore,licking our ice creams, pondering about life( with intermissions of spiderman)....peaceful.... wonderful. the atmosphere was just so purrfect( yes its PURR fect esp with kittens and cats by our sides), so heartwarming.Its blissful when u feel that u are not alone in this world and there are frens who cares abt u. ahh.....i hope time froze then.
