Monday
What a lazy day. spent the entire morning pigging, paying my sleep debt. apparently i havent slept much since thurs night when fang and i saw the geminide showers.to those who missed it, u guys are damn suay!!!!! we saw almost 10 within an hr!!!!!and the constellations were exactly the ones u find in the astro bible. each and every star! u pple really missed all the excitement and all the beauty of it.
That was a beautiful digression to my thereafter boring evening. got kind of coerced to attend my cuz's 24th bday bbq. dilly dallied till 6.30pm then leave house. damn sian. went in a cab which cost me $11, curse!to top if off, i was there alone, without all my kakis! manfred had wushu classes, adeline was on her way,weixin was coming late, my dad wasnt going.....ahhhhh bored bored bored bored bored!!!!!!!!!!! i was really on the verge of crying already. stuffing the noodles in my mouth, i looked at the dog outside the gates. it was talking to me. it was lonely. or was it just how i felt? i looked up at the sky,hoping for the company of the stars but the sky was overcast. gloomy and sad. i am lonely. i am bored. i want to go home!
finally, adeline and weixin came. found out that ade was having really bad cramps. curse of being a woman. and my uncle has to add salt to d wound by saying " God really likes to torture girls huh?" duh! not helping at all. so the two leaky taps just sat at the bench and refuse to budge. nothing exciting happened. the only thots that really kept me bz was " when can i go home?"
home sweet home at last.
tomorrow is aunt zaneta's(yiyi) big day. she's a volunteer with Singapore Association for the Deaf (SAD) and will be carolling at Liat towers, Orchard towers, Orchard point and Plaza Singapura. it starts at 7.30pm so drop by these places for a silent night. well, not forgetting my mommy, though she still cant sign, she's also going to help in Raffles City starbucks. interested in knowing more abt SAD? drop by then.
will be meeting darling ade to support yiyi. so yiyi all the way!!!!!!!!!
